Estimates, not measurements

Alco+ is being developed to estimate alcohol metabolism from information you enter, including weight, age, sex, the amount of alcohol consumed and consumption time.

The planned calculation combines a Widmark-based approach with a Watson total body water estimate. It is a mathematical model, not a measurement of your blood or breath alcohol level. Individual results can differ substantially from an estimate.

Never use Alco+ to decide whether to drive.It cannot determine a safe or legal driving time, confirm sobriety, or provide driving clearance. It is not a medical device or medical advice.

Designed to stay on your phone

The planned app keeps your entries, calculations and basic statistics on your device. No app-provided cloud backup or transmission of these records is planned.
